Process of Live “Face to Face” Session

1. Patients can send us the requests, including conditions, preferred consultants, consultation type, etc., by clicking “Send Registration” link. VIP World Medical will contact patients to confirm the medical consultants and related information.

2. Patients sign the paperwork and pay the consultation fee according to standards and service.

3. VIP World Medical will schedule the live session and provide all the IT technical support, such as server, session link, etc. Patients just need the computer (with microphone and webcam) and internet. Do not need any other software or equipments.

4. Patient and consultant can join the live session by clicking the track link at the scheduled date & time. Patients can show the medical records (PPT slides) and ask questions to consultants in real time. The consultants will provide patients the medical advice, and also answer any questions from patients.
