Why? The basics for successful healthcare solutions

The high-end healthcare system in India is as good as the best in the world. India maintains not only a robust accreditation system but also a large number of accredited facilities (about 275 such facilities that match any global infrastructure). India has a good number (22) of JCI (Joint Commission International) accredited hospitals and compares well with other countries in Asia. These set of approved hospitals in India can provide care at par or above global standards.

Frontier technologies

Cutting edge technology to support medical diagnostics and medical procedures are employed by specialists in medical facilities. All recognized hospitals have invested a lot in supportive technology and operative techniques. Complicated heart surgeries, cancer care and surgeries, neuro and even general surgeries require high-end technology to continually better outcomes, minimize complications, enable faster recovery and reduce length of hospital stay. The recent advancements in robotic surgeries, radiation surgery or radio therapies with cyberknife stereotactic options, IMRT / IGRT, transplant support systems, advanced neuro and spinal options are all available in India. India’s medical management and acclaimed specialists are quite comfortable in challenging themselves to new frontiers to provide solutions, always building on their expertise.

Finest doctors

India has not only hospitals with world-class facilities but skilled world-class doctors and medical personnel too. The country has the largest pool of doctors and paramedics in South Asia (1.2 million Allopathic doctors. 0.17 million dental surgeons, 2 million nurses). Many of them have established their credentials as leaders around the world. India’s medical history spans thousands of years through Ayurvedic and alternate medicine forms. There are about 0.8 million formally trained Ayurvedic doctors. With a large number of doctors, there is a high level of competency and capability in adoption of newer technologies and innovation and fresh treatment methods. It is a wonderful example of higher quantity leading to higher quality and vice versa. Communicate, talk to the doctors in the accredited facilities prior to your visit and they will study your needs and customize the treatment for you!

Financial Savings

Quality of care is what attracts people. However, quality services should not be beyond the affordability of the patient who requires it. If quality comes at an affordable cost it is an unbeatable advantage. This confluence of highest quality and cost advantage is unique for India. The benefit is unimaginable when it comes to major treatments such as for leukemia where the difference in cost is 10 to 20 times. For other treatments, it could be anything from a fifth to a tenth when compared to Western countries and 80 to 90 per cent of what is charged in other South Asian medical destinations. The estimated 600,000 people who step into from other countries do not do so for cheap healthcare but for quality healthcare at an affordable cost. They are not compromised at any level, but regain health at a fraction of the cost.

Fast Track – Zero Waiting Time

Quick and immediate attention for surgeries and all interventions are assured in India. Getting an appointment for bypass surgery or a planned angioplasty in certain countries takes almost 3-6 months. And there these treatments are very costly too. It’s zero waiting time in India for any procedure, be it heart surgery, kidney care, cancer treatment, neuro-spinal procedure, knee/hip/joint replacements, dental, cosmetic surgeries, weight loss surgery etc.

Feeling the pulse

For greater understanding between patients and healthcare personnel, the warmth and hospitality of Indian hospitals is a big factor in choosing as a healthcare destination. Among the top medical destinations of the world, India has the highest percentage of English language speaking people. Amidst the variety of culture and traditions, if there is one thing that is common in India, that is the English language. If other language options are essential, there are expert interpreters who will be arranged by the hospitals. All leading to reassuring hospitality and great after care.

With a highly competent and experienced medical panel, extensive alliances with world class hospitals, elaborate network of logistics and dedicated personnel to fulfill patient's various needs, we endeavor to provide our patients with the best medical treatments at affordable cost, relaxed accommodation and stress-free transportation options.

We aim to provide quality and personalized service to our patients at each step. Our services begin right from the stage we receive a query from a patient. Following are all the services mentioned below with their details.

• Consultation of Medical Reports with the specialized doctors when the patients are in the home country and communicating the same to the patients.

Once we receive a query form duly filled by the patient, we start working on the same. We send an introduction email to the patient asking for more details of medical treatment required along with scanned copies of their medical reports/x-rays/scans/medical history/any reference form the local doctor or any other detail. Once we receive their response, our in panel doctors go through them and send the same to various specialized hospitals for their review and response.  We receive responses from hospitals in two to three working days which include details of treatment advised by the specialist; details of the doctor, length of stay required in and cost estimates. We make sure to take opinions from at least two to three hospitals to facilitate comparison with regards to treatment details and cost. We send all the received details to the patient. The responses are followed by promptly answering all the queries patients may have relating to the response.

• Assistance in Medical Visa Appointments

Once the patient is satisfied with respect to the advised treatment and hospital and finalize their plan for coming to India, we assist the patient in obtaining medical visa. The patient has to apply on his own for the same in High Commission of India (Indian embassy) in their home country. We provide an invitation letter to the patient from the respective hospital which is required for submitting their visa application. Also, our team is trained to provide any information/query that the patient may have regarding medical visa and medical attendant visa.

• Travel Arrangements (including pick up and drop from the airport)

Once the patient has got visa, the next step is arrival in India. We ask the patient to provide us the airline details of their arrival in India. Once we receive the flight details, we arrange for the airport pick up of the patient and attendant. Our representative is also there always with the driver for picking up at the airport holding the name card of the patient. Please note airport pick up and drop is complementary for all our patients. Once they are here, we can arrange for their day to day transfers to the hospital, market (UBER and other cab aggregators), sightseeing like one of the seven wonders – Taj Mahal, historic Delhi city tour and etc and the patient will have to pay reasonable local price for that to the tour planner or driver itself.

• Accommodation

Before arrival in India we also send details of various accommodation options available nearest to the hospital to the patient along with their price. The patient can go through the same and advise us accordingly for booking the same. There are number of options available like hotels/motels/guest houses suiting every budget and we maintain a very good relationship with them and they provide quality care and services to the patients. For accommodation the patient can either pay at the hotel or they can pay us according to their convenience.

• Personalized executive for accompanying for all visits to hospitals and clinics

A personalized executive is assigned to each patient who meets and greets the patient at the airport and drop them comfortably at their guest house/hotel. He accompanies the patients in all their trips to the hospital/clinic and arrange for appointment booking, making payment at the bill desk, admission, discharge and all the other arrangements required at the hospital. Please note any such facility is not provided by any hospital to international patients. The other patients (at the hospital- local and international) have to stand in long billing queue and have to manage everything on their own at the hospital. But our patients get all this done conveniently through our trained executive.

Along with the personalized executive, a senior executive including myself or from our top management is also available every time on phone calls/emails anytime for any assistance that is required before and after coming to India.

We take utmost care of our patients during their whole stay and attend and address all their queries/needs effectively and in no time. Our executive is present with the patient during all the tests, consultations, surgery, post surgery recovery for continuous physical and moral support.

• International Translators

English is the common language in India, and everybody at the hospital, hotel, local market and cab drivers can speak and understand English. But if some patients do not know English we have in panel translators which we can assign to the patient for all the communication.

• Availability of SIM Card and International Cuisine

Once the patient arrives at the airport our executive provides them a local sim card so that they can immediately connect with their home country. The cost of the sim card is very nominal which patient has to give to the executive. Along with that we can assist with currency exchange also by taking patients to recognized exchange counters.

Also we can guide them continuously on various nearby food outlets/departmental stores where international cuisine is available. Almost all the guest houses have kitchen facility, as the stay is generally long the patients can cook their food as well.
