1, Free consultation
Patients can consult VIP World Medical about transportation services for free. Our staff will understand the needs of patients and introduce the transportation services.

2, Sign the paperwork
Medical advisers will prepare the paperwork, such as service agreement, etc. Patients sign them and deposit related service fee.

3, Transportation services for medical treatment in USA
A: Pick-up from or to airport
When patients and family members arrive at the USA’ airport, VIP World Medical staff will be waiting for you at baggage claim. We will send the patients and family members to reserved hotel or apartment. After you finish the treatment in USA, we will send the patients and family members to the airport and help you check-in.

B: Transportation during treatment
According to the treatment schedule, our staff will pick up you at hotel and send you to the hospital. After you finish treatment, we will send you back to hotel.

C: Life related transportation during treatment
VIP World Medical will provide you apartment information around the hospital (location, price, environment), and bring patients and family members to visit the apartments.  We will also drive patients and family members for grocery shopping on a regular basis.
